La Paz: 04. – 20.08.2010 Nach über einem Monat Natur pur ging es nun endlich mal wieder in eine Grosstadt. Aber nicht in irgendeine, nein, in eine der höchstgelegensten: La Paz, der Regierungssitz und auf Grund der verkehrsgünstigen Lage die wichtigste Stadt Boliviens aber nicht deren Hauptstadt, liegt in einem Talkessel, welcher sich zwischen 3.100 und 4.100 m.ü.M. erstreckt. Gespannt waren wir auf diese kontrastreiche Stadt, wo sich armselige Bretterhütten und sterile Wolkenkratzer gegenüberstehen, wo Indigenas, Cholos, Chriollos und manche Europäer friedlich nebeneinander leben, und nicht zu vergessen die indigenen Märkte. |
